    Kasco® Marine, Inc. warrants this fountain to be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service (excluding ropes, power cord, and propeller).

    The Kasco Marine, Inc. obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing or repairing free of charge any defective part within the warranty period from the date of shipment.

    Customer shall pay shipping charges for returning the unit to Kasco or an Authorized Repair Center.

        As exciting as purchasing a new fountain can be, it can also be confusing.
        The most important thing to consider is whether your pond meets the minimum depth requirements. 

        Above, in the product description, you will find a size chart, and on the far right is the "Min-Depth" specification.For example, if it indicates "32 inches", that particular horsepower fountain needs to be positioned in a body of water with a depth of 2.67 feet.

        Once we've established this, we need to ensure that the display size won't be too large for it. We reccommend atleast allowing a 10 FT minimum between the fountain's spray and your pond's edge.  In our product descriptions, we've carefully included a size chart to help determine the right horsepower for your pond size.

        Ultimately, once you have your depth measured, or if you already know your ponds depth, choosing a size is very easy
